The site describes our services and products. The information is general and is not an offer to enter into a contract.
You receive a written quote after we assess your building. It sets out the price, equipment, timing and warranties that apply to your project. Prices are not published on the site.
Savings and payback figures on the site are estimates. They depend on the building, the equipment and how it is used, and they are not a guarantee of results in your building.
Product specifications come from the manufacturers and may change. For your project, the figures in the quote apply.
The photographs on the home page are illustrative and do not show projects we have delivered.
The text on the site and the Niluma mark are ours. The photographs on the home page come from stock libraries and are used under their licences, except the image in the closing section, which is an illustration made for Niluma.
You may share the site and quote short passages if you name the source. For any other use, for example in advertising, ask us first at contact@niluma.mk.
Some links lead to other websites, such as the LBNL study. We are not responsible for their content or for how they handle personal data.
We work to keep the information accurate and up to date, but it may contain errors or go out of date. Before you decide, ask us for a quote for your building.
We are not liable for losses from decisions based only on the site, or for interruptions to it, except where the law does not allow that liability to be excluded.

These terms are governed by Macedonian law. Disputes we cannot settle by agreement go to the competent court in Skopje, unless the law provides otherwise.
We may change these terms. A new version applies from the day we publish it on this page, and the date of the last change is at the top.
